Custom Kit - Terms and Conditions


  1. Agreement Overview
    This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Agreement") under which Huckson ("we", "us", or "our") agrees to supply custom apparel to your club or organisation ("Client"). By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms.

  2. Custom Order Scope
    All products are made to order based on the design, specifications, quantities, and sizing approved by the Client.
    Any changes to designs, logos, or specifications must be submitted in writing before final approval.
    Once the Client has approved the final artwork and order details in writing, no further changes can be made.

  3. Payment Terms
    Full payment is required upfront before production begins.
    Production will only commence once payment has cleared and final approval has been confirmed.
    We reserve the right to delay production or delivery if payment is not received on time.

  4. Lead Times
    Lead time is typically 5-7 weeks from the date of final approval and payment.
    Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed, though we will always aim to deliver within this time frame.

  5. Returns & Refunds
    Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted unless the item is:

  • Faulty due to a manufacturing defect, or

  • Different from the approved specification (e.g. wrong design, size, or colour).
    All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Sizing & Fit
    Size guides are provided to assist with selection. Final size choice is the responsibility of the Client.
    Huckson is not liable for sizing errors once the order is approved.

  2. Intellectual Property
    The Client confirms they have the right to use any logos, graphics, or text provided to Huckson for use in the custom design.
    Huckson retains the right to showcase completed custom designs in marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  3. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for any delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supplier issues, or transport disruptions.

  4. Governing Law
    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  5. Acceptance
    By confirming your custom order in writing or via payment, you accept these terms in full.
