Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, need a different size, or something’s not right, we’ll sort it.

We offer a no-hassle, no-questions-asked 45-day returns policy. Simply return the item in its original condition within 45 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange an exchange or full refund. 

We kindly ask that you cover the cost of returning your item, but if you let us know, we’ll reimburse your return postage for all UK refunds or exchanges.


Exchanges

We understand sizing can be tricky, so we’re happy to offer free size exchanges.

You’ll find a returns slip included with your order. If that’s gone missing, please send your return to:

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within a few days.

If it’s been more than a week and you haven’t seen your refund, just get in touch at info@huckson.co or call 07905 643 812. We’ll look into it right away.


Faulty Goods

We try to check all garments for any issues, before shipping - but if something slips through the net, we’ll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 45 days of delivery, we’ll replace or refund it in full. And if it’s our fault, we’ll cover all return shipping costs too.


When We Can’t Offer a Refund

We may not be able to issue a refund if:

  • The item has been heavily worn or used

  • The damage was not due to a manufacturing fault

  • The item is returned more than 45 days after delivery
