We aim to dispatch all stocked items within 1 working day. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We use Royal Mail First Class or Tracked48 for standard delivery - depending on your location and parcel size. Orders over £200 will require a signature.
Express Shipping uses Tracked24.
Please note: our service is not a named delivery service. If someone at your address signs for the parcel, it will be marked as delivered. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered but reported missing.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or need a different size, we’ve got you covered with our no‑quibble 45-day returns policy.
Just use the returns slip included in your parcel to request either a refund or an exchange.
We simply ask that you cover the return postage. Once we receive your item, we’ll refund your shipping cost in full.
